FRAME – MONO CONSTRUCTED WITH ENGINEERED STRENGTH DESIGNED TO:
- Be lifted & moved fully loaded
- Not twist or flex when palced on uneven ground
- Be towed as a sled with low point attached to 4 skids
- Whole frame being hot dip galvanised prevents rust
- Easy lift & shift with forklift with designated lift points
- Erosion-free base with checker plate between skids
- Structural Steel (rectangular hollow section) hinges hot dip galvanised, super strong to stop twisting when opening lid
- Full length lif for easy loading
- Hopper body is made from galvanised 2mm stell to enhance overall strength of the feeder
- Inspection windows to observe feed level
- Internal 25mm x 25mm structural steel (rectangular hollow section) supports or extra strength
- The steel has been treated with maximum levels of zinc for premiu protection
- Adjustable feed outlet control for various size pellets & quantity
